POWER STRENGTH:
60-Minutes non-impact class for Beginners to Advanced levels:
This is a resistance training program that utilizes barbells & adjustable weights. It works the major muscle groups via a
series of exercises including squats, presses & lifts designed to "tone & condition muscles while raising metabolic rate for
rapid fat-burning. It is a group session led by highly skilled, motivating instructors who ensure every class is safe, effective
and fun. Using light to moderate weights & high repetitions, each muscle group is worked before overload is achieved.
This type of endurance training is excellent for increasing lean body mass.
Intro TO KETTLE BELL:
60 Minutes for Beginners to Intermediate levels:
This class involves fluid yet powerful momentum-based movements holding one or two kettle bells. The workout improves
strength, flexibility, and balance together with cardio-vascular fitness, all in one session. In this class you practice the basic
kettle bell moves like the swing, clean, press, squat, & others.
Power ABS:
15-30 Minutes for Beginners to Advanced levels:
This abdominal workout program targets all the areas of the abdominals. POWER ABS classes workout the lower
abdomen, upper abdomen and oblique muscles. Sets, reps and intensity will be altered weekly to make sure the
abdominals do not adapt. Abdominal exercises such as sit-ups incline sit-ups & hip-raises are used to train the oblique, the
upper & lower abdominals. We go beyond the crunches to give you a variety of abdominal exercise circuits that will help
strengthen & define your abdominal muscles.
SPINNING
45-60 Minutes for Beginners to Advanced levels:
Our motivational instructor takes you on a virtual ride, changing the speed and resistance set to music. Spinning is an
excellent exercise to strengthen your heart & tone your legs. Spinning bikes have variable speeds and the
seats/handlebars are adjustable similar to a real bike. Since you control your bike's tension, you can stay within a
comfortable exercise zone for your fitness level, while still feeling like you're "keeping up" with the class. Spinning scorches
about 7.2 to 13.6 calories per minute or about 500 to 850 calories per class.
BELLY DANCING:
60 Minutes for Beginners to Intermediate levels:
This class originates from a Middle Eastern dance in which the dancer makes sensuous movements of the hips and
abdomen. Emphasis is on learning and executing dance steps with accuracy and flexibility. This class is appropriate for
any woman that has an interest in belly dance whether for fitness or performing. It’s not just for the abs—this Middle
Eastern dance works every major muscle group and is extremely FUN!!
HIP HOP DANCE:

Get Funk'd up in this class learning the hottest new dance moves from your favorite hip hop/r&b/pop music. Steps and

dance themes that create a dynamic & effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training, fast &
slow rhythms that tone & sculpt the body. It utilizes the principles of interval training & resistance training to maximize
caloric output, fat burning & total body toning. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps.
ZUMBA TONING:
45-60 Minutes for Beginners to Advanced levels:
This class takes the original to the next level utilizing an innovative muscle training protocol & addition of toning sticks or
dumbbells. Created to emphasize muscle work along with rhythms, this combination of cardio & resistive exercise is an
effective use of progressive light weight training to improve overall performance. The Latin-inspired dance ‘n tone program
also include, combination rhythms Latin Disco, Reggaton-Cumbia, Conga Hip-Hop, Merengue Hip-Hop, Reggaeton-Belly
Dance.It is fun & challenging & provides for the participant, a new avenue to weighted activity.
ZUMBA GOLD:
60 Minutes for Beginners to Intermediate levels:
This class was designed for the active older adult, the true beginner, & or people who are not used to exercising, or people
who may be limited physically. The difference between Zumba Gold & Zumba is Zumba Gold is done at a lower intensity,
not as fast, but it certainly is as fun.
YOGA:
60 Minutes for Beginners to Advanced levels:
This class provides a sense of being "one with the universe."Yoga is a form of exercise that uses slow movements and
stretching. It is good for increasing flexibility and balance. It is also good for relieving stress and relaxing. It has been used
as a meditation technique for thousands of years.
PILATES:
60 Minutes for Beginners to Advanced levels:
This class is incorporates body-conditioning techniques designed to stretch, strengthen and balance the body. Pilates
targets the deep postural muscles within the body through a series of exercises aimed at building muscle strength and
rebalancing the body. Excellent for improving posture, strength and flexibility and aligning the body correctly, Pilates also
teaches coordination, concentration and control of the body.

This class provides a total body workout through a blending of proven training techniques, enduring fitness development, and

STEP INTERVAL:

This cardio class combines stepping with intervals of resistance training. The choreography is simple, but not boring, and
offers a variety of modifications for decreasing or increasing intensity. Great for beginner or intermediate levels
CARDIO KICKBOXING:

This class combines aerobic exercise with a martial arts flare. This program will help you to lose weight, tone up your
muscles and have fun. It is a high-impact cardiovascular workout that blends elements of boxing, martial arts and
traditional aerobics into an exercise routine.
MIXED MARTIAL ARTS(MMA):

This class incorporates a wide variety of fighting techniques and skills, from a mixture of martial arts traditions and
non-traditions. The rules allow the use of striking and grappling techniques, both while standing and on the ground.
BOOTCAMP:
90 Minutes for beginners to advanced levels:
Boot camp is a great way to get fit, lose fat, & have fun. We focus on the full body & address all areas of fitness: Cardio &
muscular endurance, fat loss & weight loss, full body strength, agility, balance, flexibility. We utilize result heart-pumping
cardio drills to increase speed & endurance, Full-body muscle conditioning tones and Killer calisthenics for functional
movements" Obstacle courses for fun and agility.
